Introduction

This tool is designed to offer you a new perspective on your weekly activities, which may generate fresh insights for you as you think about your highest priorities and the options available to you.

Begin by thinking about all the activities that you spend an hour or more performing each week. Then, below, enter a name for each one and the number of hours you estimate you spend per week. You will see that additional tabs appear, asking you to rank each activity in terms of how necessary (obligatory, required, or unavoidable) the activity is, then how fulfilling (rewarding, enjoyable, or energizing) it is. Your data will then be presented in simple graphic format to assist your analysis and reflection.
